Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements only for:
- Damaged items
- Defective items
- Incorrect items, such as receiving the wrong product
If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us and we will take care of it.
Size Issues
If your item does not fit as expected, we may offer store credit for size-related issues.
To qualify:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in original condition
Store credit can be used toward a new order.
Return Request Window
All return, replacement, or issue requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible.
How to Request a Return or Report an Issue
To get started, contact us with:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos, if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Photos help us review and resolve your request faster.
What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size, except for eligible store credit requests
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items damaged after delivery
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and free from damage caused after delivery.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you may receive a replacement item, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Important Notes
- Some orders may arrive in separate shipments
- Shipping costs are generally non-refundable
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
